Non a caso nella seconda frase si specifica cosa si intende per lavoro: un’attività o una funzione che concorra al progresso materiale o spirituale della società. Se il tuo “lavoro” non concorre al progresso materiale o spirituale, allora non rientra nella categoria “lavoro” inteso come nella Costituzione. Nell’articolo non sta scritto “posizione di rendita per pregresso contratto”, ma “attività che concorre al progresso economico o spirituale”.
